Management for workers operating suspended scaffolds/suspended platform

- The workers should get the certificate for suspended scaffolds/suspended platform.
First the workers must be at least 18 years old and should have no diseases and physical defects that are not suitable to do high rise work.
Second making training for the workers learning some relevant knowledge of suspended working platform.
At last after passing the examination and obtaining the relevant certificate,the workers can be able to operate, maintain and repair the suspended working platform.
- The suspended working platform must be tested by request. After inspection, the operator could run the equipment according to safety rules.
- Some people is not suitable for operating suspended working platform.The man who is drinking,tried or taking drugs,having abnormal feeling is not suitable to do high rise operation
4.Workers should correctly and skillfully wear safety helmet and use safety belts and ropes. And the self-locking hook in safety belts should be independently connected to safety ropes that are hanging the firm members on the top of buildings. The fixing for top of safety rope should be reliable and keep it in vertical state when being used. The rope’s length behind worker should not exceed more than one meter and, in addition, using one safety rope by two workers in the conditions of no special security measures is forbidden. We must check them before using and as for some damage ones we do not use them. The touching places between safety rope or belts and hard object should be protected by rubber or burlap or other cushion; keep them clean and properly store them and if have any dirt we can use lukewarm water or soap to washing them and dry them in cool places.Please do not use hot water to soak them and also avoid exposure them under hot sun or roast them by fire.
- Workers should wear non-slip insulated shoes, not wear slippers and plastic shoes or shoes that are easy to slip and also should not use ladders, stool, stepping-object, etc in suspended working platform.
- The operator must access suspended working platform on the ground and can not climb out a window in the air or stride into another suspended working platform from one platform.
- If workers find some accidents or insecurity factors, they have the right to request the leader to take appropriate corrective measures. As for illegal command and faced adventure work ordered from manager, they have the right to refuse to carry out.
