Guarantee time: 12months from the shipping date

 

If parts of our temporally access equipment broken during the period of guarantee time, we will replace them freely by mailing with DHL within 48hours.

Exception: (1) incorrect operation  (2) wearing parts

 

If we send our technicians to customer's place, the cost should be paid by customer as follows:

1. round air ticket

2. accommodation

3. USD50/day as service cost

 

 

 

 

Littleswan offer suspended platform  training programmes on the products, application and safety for our customers. At present, the better way: training can be conducted at our factory freely with our facilities. If customers need, the trainning also can be done at your factory, but some costs will be charged.
